Programme Features

Age and level-specific planning, providing the right challenge to each player according to his/her development stage.

Once-per-week training (SATURDAYS)  with sessions lasting 75 minutes
Coordination, Agility, Balance & Speed drills to continue developing on the motor skills. We always look to implement a ratio of 10-12 players per coach.

Introduction to complex match situations, 1 on 1, counter attacks , defending when outnumbered, decision making, etc.

The Programme is run by the SDC professional Coaching Staff, some of our coaches are also involved in Altona North soccer club elite programme

New players can try the programme for 1 session to see if they are comfortable with the activity and if the programme caters for them accordingly. ($35 fee)
